Fred J. Pisani has dedicated his career to trial work since graduating, with honors, from New York Law School in 1985.

Mr. Pisani specializes in employment law, representing the employee, and defending small to mid-size companies with regard to all types of employment-related issues. These issues include, but are not limited to, discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, Internet "cybersnooping," employment contracts, and family and medical leaves. This dual-role has provided Mr. Pisani with the unique experience of being exposed to "both sides of the argument" which has assisted him in securing significant results for his clients.

Mr. Pisani has successfully litigated against Fortune 500 companies, banks, hospitals, and universities.
